Treat Your Feet

One foot consists of 26 bones, 33 joints, 107 ligaments, 19 muscles and many tendons holding everything together. It’s no wonder that 75% of North Americans will suffer a foot problem, from bunions to fractures to foot arthritis, in their lifetime—making it vital that you practice good foot care. Inspect your feet on a daily basis for redness, blisters, cuts, swelling, etc., and be sure that your shoes fit as well as your socks. Wash your feet daily and don’t forget in between your toes. Keep your toe nails cut straight across and smooth the edges.
